We are on the lookout for a dedicated Executive to enhance our Itineraries system. This pivotal role is centred around crafting cluster itineraries to support our global sales initiatives and ensuring the seamless launch of all clusters. The ideal candidate will manage cruise group allocations within the IMP system and swiftly resolve any system-related issues to maintain operational excellence.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Load contracted allocations, including Hotels, Events, Transfers, and Cruise groups.
  • Construct CSI packages in advance of their release to the market.
  • Clarify the booking process across all departments to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Perform regular audits on the CSI system to guarantee the accuracy of information.
  • Collaborate with TravelTek to optimise system performance and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Provide support to the sales and admin teams for any booking or loading queries, which may require availability outside of standard office hours.
  • Foster strong interdepartmental relationships to meet project timelines efficiently.
