We are delighted to have partnered this multi-disciplinary consultancy in their search for a Senior Cost Manager for their London office.
The Role:
You will take ownership of projects across healthcare, education, commercial, residential, and heritage sectors. Your responsibilities will include audits, cost checks, and contract reviews, ensuring timely delivery of commissions. You'll also have the chance to lead bid processes, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development efforts. This is a great opportunity to work with prestigious clients while expanding your skillset.
About You:
- You will have extensive experience managing costs from feasibility through post-contract stages.
- Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC3 contracts.
- A proven ability to deliver high-quality service to clients.
- Experience across multiple sectors, gained in either a consultancy or construction setting.
- Preferably MRICs Chartered
