iMultiply are working in partnership with a leading Scottish law firm in Edinburgh city centre to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Company

A well established and highly performing legal firm that operates throughout the Scotland and offers a wealth of progression possibilities and personal development. They are looking to add an Accounts Administrator to their finance function. They are a hard-working, sociable team looking to add a friendly and hardworking individual into the team that fits into their dynamic company culture.

The Role

As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will work as part of the finance team to offer a professional service in order to ensure the process and payment of invoices is timely and efficient. You will be a proactive individual who thrives in a team environment and who is both flexible and hardworking in their approach to work with good customer service skills.
Responsibilities

  • Process invoices
  • Proactively manage and resolve queries, via email and phone, from internal and external contacts.
  • Perform supplier statement reconciliations and other control processes
  • Work with internal and external suppliers to actively support and initiate teamwork to achieve an excellent service record of accomplishment.
  • Assist management as requested.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:

  • Experience of working Within accounts payable / purchase ledger department.
  • Experience of working in a busy finance environment.
  • Ability to use computers to intermediate level for word, excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

On Offer
The role of Accounts Payable Assistant will offer a full-time salary and a generous benefits package. The offices are based in Edinburgh city centre, easily accessed by public transport. Hybrid working and flexitime.
