Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Operations Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in driving supply chain efficiencies and ensuring streamlined inventory flows. Your responsibilities will include:

Working closely with the Senior Merchandiser to develop and implement the annual Merch Ops strategy and roadmap
Identifying operation and process improvements to optimise supply chain efficiencies
Successfully delivering projects, such as reducing despatch times and improving stock management
Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams, providing guidance and support on operational challenges
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop working processes and deliver best practises
Providing regular reports to monitor performance, analysing data and making recommendations for improvement
Supporting training initiatives and sharing expertise among peers
Essential Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

Strong analytical skills, with a numerate and detail-oriented approach
Advanced Excel knowledge
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
A proactive and initiative-driven mindset
Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
A commitment to accuracy and high levels of professionalism
Desirable Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience:

While not required, the ideal candidate may also have:

Previous experience in merchandise management through the supply chain
Experience with Jira and MicroStrategy
Knowledge of luxury fashion industry trends and best practises
