Your new role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identifying opportunities to improve our services and processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the public sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and databases.
- The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
