JOB- Project Manager (HVAC)
LOCATION- Sudbury
TERM- Permanent
SALARY- £35,000 to £45,000 per annum (plus benefits)
Premier Engineering is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our client, a leading HVAC company based in Sudbury. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and manage a variety of HVAC projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
The Project Manager will ideally have the following attributes:
- Extensive knowledge/experience in HVAC systems and project management
- Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (BEng, HND, PMP, etc.)
- Proven experience in managing HVAC projects from inception to completion
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with project management software and tools
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
The Project Manager role will involve:
- Planning and coordinating HVAC projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Leading project teams and ensuring effective communication among team members
- Liaising with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular updates
- Overseeing the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems
- Managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Ensuring all projects comply with industry standards and regulations
- Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives
- Preparing and presenting project reports to senior management
