What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?
- Ensure timely production and review of monthly management accounts and analysis reports.
- Provide forecasts and assurance reports, offering comprehensive narratives and explaining variances, while collaborating with the business to identify remedial actions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Senior Leadership Team.
- Assist in the completion of annual budget setting aligned with business objectives, providing financial assurance for supported business areas.
- Offer expert advice to manage risks effectively.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement to deliver high-quality services to customers.
- Assist in providing financial monitoring services for investment/project spending, including tracking efficiency savings against business case targets.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner Vacancy:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience as a business partner.
- Ability to confidently analyse and challenge information constructively.
- Strong ability to build effective working relationships.
