We partner with many leading brands (like EE, BT, The Times and The Sunday Times, Plusnet, and Heinz) to deliver multi-award-winning sales and retentions, CX and digital messaging services.

Role Overview:

Provide support for customers looking to upgrade their existing account or retention.

Engage in text-based interactions—no phone work.

Handle inbound inquiries and explain additional products that might benefit the customer

Manage up to 2 customers simultaneously.

Hours & Pay:

Schedule

: Full-time, guaranteed 38.75 hour week, across Monday – Sunday, 8am – 8pm

An average day:

9 hour shift which includes 7.5 productive hours, 1x15-min paid break, 1x15 min unpaid break, 1-hour unpaid lunch

Salary

: £22,500 - £25,000 OTE (£11.50 per hour) + commission up to £60 per week

Requirements:

  • Strong written English skills
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Willingness to learn and implement feedback
  • Understanding of broadband/mobile data (experience not required - we often train & experience success from people with no previous experience)
  • Customer service experience, with past experience working in a call centre, contact centre or support related role a bonus.
