Head of Marketing (6-Month Contract)
A leading property consultancy is seeking a Head of Marketing to start ASAP. This role involves developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.

Contribute to the global marketing strategy and plans.

Support the Head of Strategic Growth in delivering the 2030 strategy and growth plans.

Brand and Communications:
-
Manage brand and communications, client development, and bidding activities.
-
Ensure brand consistency and oversee creative campaigns.
-
Develop national and international brand awareness and reputation.

Client Relationship Management:
-
Collaborate with business leaders to deliver client relationship programmes.

Build and implement research programmes with internal teams.
-
Support the development of new service and sector specialisms.

Team Leadership:
-
Lead and develop a marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Motivate and manage team performance to build skills, capability, and capacity.

Manage external agencies for digital, communications, and other marketing activities.

Stakeholder Engagement:
-
Build strong and positive working relationships with stakeholders across the UK and global business.

Manage internal and external stakeholder engagement.

Interface and consult with business leaders to support effective messaging and client propositions.
Requirements:
- Experience in property or the built environment sector.
- Proven track record in marketing strategy and team management.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
- Comfortable working in a matrix organisation.
