Job Title: Reception Administrator

Location: Dyce (Craibstone), Aberdeen

Working Hours: 08:36 - 17:00, Monday to Friday

Contract Duration: 16th September - 20th December

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Reception Administrator to join our team in Dyce, Aberdeen. This is a temporary position, perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
