Are you an aspiring CAD Technician with AutoCAD skills looking to further your career in a dynamic, Civil Engineering setting, within an established, fast growing specialist who offer great training and rapid progression plans?
On offer is the opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company as part of a dedicated team, specialising in Groundworks, Civil Engineering and Demolition. This business operate for multi-billion pound businesses including Bellway, Taylor Wimpey and Thames Water. This business have moved from strength to strength as they widen their experience across all kinds of industries and markets.
In this varied role, you will undertake a range of tasks including creating detailed, 2D technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software, as well as collaborating with engineers on all aspects. This role will also see you trained on specialist software such as LSS. You will also undertake occasion
al site visits, prepare drawings for completion and liaising with all departments.
This exciting opportunity would suit an aspiring CAD Technician skilled in AutoCAD, looking to join a hardworking Civil Engineering specialist and assist a dedicated team, growing alongside them and assisting with their rapid success.
THE ROLE:
- Create technical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD
- Collaborate with engineers in all areas
- Learn specialist software to develop concepts into 3D
- Monday-Friday 7.30am-4.30pm
THE PERSON:
- Experience in 2D AutoCAD
- Looking to train and progress
- Looking to gain experience in Groundworks, Civil Engineering, Demolition.
- Commutable to Swindon (UK Driving License)
