Early Career Teacher
Contract: Supply, Long-Term and Fixed Term (1 year)
Location: York, North Yorkshire
Start Date: September 2024
Pay Rate: £120 - £135 per day for supply
All Long-Term Placements are Paid to Scale (MPS1 – UPS3)
GSL Education's North Yorkshire Branch are looking for secondary-trained Early Career Teachers to join our pool of staff across York, Selby, Pocklington and Easingwold, from September 2024. This will allow you to gain invaluable experience working in schools in your area and the chance to gain a long-term or fixed term appointment. GSL Education are able to offer you access to jobs that are not always advertised and can offer you the chance to work with our partnership schools and multi academy trusts.

Early Career Teacher Requirements:
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered to the Update Service. If you do not have one, GSL Education is able to support a new application.
- Be able to provide up to date references from your placement schools.
- Early Career Teachers, both ECT1 & ECT2, are encouraged to apply.
- Both part-time and full-time working availability will be accepted (minimum of 2 days per week).
