We are currently looking for 2 Trainee Recruitment Consultant's to join our fast-growing West London team, based in Ealing Broadway.

Ortus Recruitment specialise in Education Recruitment placing Teachers and Support Staff in schools and nurseries throughout London. We are currently a small team looking to grow quickly, meaning there are great opportunities for progression and to be an integral part of building the branch.

We are result oriented, hard working and have created a fun environment and are now looking for someone that can add to the team dynamic with a strong work ethic and great attitude.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be working with Clients and Candidates, sourcing CV's, vetting and interviewing candidates as well as building and maintaining relationships with Schools. You will be comfortable using the phone and a good communicator with excellent literacy skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct phone calls to potential candidates
  • Schedule interviews for Recruiters
  • Create and update resumes and cover letters for current and future candidates
  • Co-ordinate with hiring managers on new hire applications, on boarding and training
  • Manage our candidate applicant database throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure that all recruitment processes are completed in a timely manner
  • Manage our candidate applicant database throughout the employment process
  • Report any issues or concerns regarding the employment process to HR Manager

Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong listening skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team within a busy organization
Proficien in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ATS (Job Tracking Software) is required.
