RG Consultancy are pleased to be working with a fantastic business based near Bury, Greater Manchester who are looking for a Finance Manager to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The company have a relaxed approach but are looking for someone ambitious who can support with implementations and be the main point of contact within finance.
This role will have 1 direct report and will report into the director of the company, but be supported but the operations director.
Duties include:
- Management of 1 accounts assistant
- Cash flow forecasting
- Bank reconciliations
- CIS and subcontractor payments
- VAT returns
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversee the purchase ledger (assist when needed)
- Manage the sales ledger/credit control
- Assist with year end account preparation
- Support with annual audits
- Assist with payroll (predominately monthly + subcontractors)
- Using a bespoke in house software + MS Excel (spreadsheets and V-look-ups etc)
