My Clients Finance team is expanding, and they have an exciting opportunity available for a Finance Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis! In this role, you will report to the Company Accountant,
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Producing Sales invoices and distributing them to clients
- Liasing with Project Leaders throughout the business on all projects
- Maintaining and updating the fee forecasts daily
- Creating and processing Purchase Orders
- Processing purchase invoices
- Processing of the company credit card
- Be able to deal with incoming accounts queries and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
- Assist with Cashflow forecasting, month-end processes and monthly financial management accounts.
Candidate Requirements
- AAT Qualified
- Previous finance experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of Excel and SAGE
