Lettings Manager – Duties
- Responsible for driving the growth of the Lettings stock across our core areas (Stockport/Manchester/Tameside) and generating business from various data sources
- Creating marketing/nurture campaigns, working closely with Head Of Lettings & Property Management re strategy, offerings and incentives
- Reporting to the 'Head Of' on a weekly and monthly basis in relation to performance of the team
- Direct management of the New Business team, including carrying out regular performance reviews
- Overseeing the activities of the New Business team, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are being met and the company values are being upheld
- Ensuring an impeccable customer experience from initial contact through to listing/letting of the property
- Working closely with the management team throughout the Lettings & Property Management department to ensure an exceptional customer journey throughout
Lettings Manager – Experience Needed
- Experience in a Senior lettings role, business development experience, valuation experience and an ARLA qualification (or equivalent)
- Driving licence and own car
- Team management experience
