The Role:

As a Client Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting their Paraplanners and Financial Planners, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service throughout the advice process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Support: Collaborating closely with Financial Planners and Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular contact.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintaining back-office systems and client records in line with company policies, preparing meeting packs, and valuations as required.
  • Liaison: Coordinating with operational teams to support activities such as transfers, corporate actions, and static data changes.
  • Third-Party Communication: Requesting policy information from third-party providers when necessary.

  • Experience: Any financial services administration experience is welcomed, particularly within financial planning or investment management.
  • Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Technology: Proficiency with financial planning software and general office tools.
