Head of Digital Marketing

Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as the Head of Digital. Reporting directly into the CEO the successful candidate willbe responsible for overseeing and implementing our digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance their online presence. As a key member of the leadershipteam you will bring extensive social and digital marketing knowledge with you and a proven ability to inspire and motivate high performing teams. The ideal person will have at least 10years' experience and have a mix of in-house and agency eCommerce experience.

Duties of the Head of Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage all digital platforms including website, social media, and email campaigns
  • Utilise tools such as Excel, Adobe, and WordPress to analyse data and optimise digital performance
  • Lead mentor and develop a team of marketers to deliver successful B2B marketing campaigns
  • Create engaging content through copywriting for various online channels
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage, develop and execute paid search strategy to maximise sales and ROI
  • Manage the relationship with the external SEO agency and work collaboratively to develop strategies to improve online visibility
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimise marketing strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators using Google Analytics
  • Lead strategic decisions and manage various projects

Knowledge and Experience Required:

  • At least 10 years experienceoperating in a similar capacity with a proven ability in leading high performing marketing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident at delivering integrated digital marketing strategies
  • Previouse-Commerce and agency experience is desired
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and Google Analytics
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
