My client is a large regional Main contractor who is expanding rapidly in the Northwest. They have become very well placed in the market delivering large multi-million-pound schemes across the region.
Due to winning several large projects they are looking for a number of experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join their teams. The Project Manager's they are looking for will have a stable work history and have a strong build background with proven experience in running projects from inception through to completion.
The they require several Project Manager's delivering a variety of projects, hotel's, commercial office and Heritage conversion works. You will be responsible for the project's running to time scales and budgets. Ensuring all deadlines and scope of works are completing to programme.
Their projects scope ranges from 20million up to 45million, so you will ideally have delivered schemes within this size. The Project Manager they are looking for will have experience in delivering either new build or some complex refurbishment/ remodelling schemes.
They are looking for experienced Project Managers who are looking for longevity in a position.
