Job Title: French-Speaking Customer Service & Onboarding Administrator

Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum
Our client is a leader, renowned for their exceptional products. Our client's team is passionate about delivering the best experience to their suppliers and franchisees. We are currently seeking a dedicated French-speaking Customer Service & Onboarding Administrator to join their office in Lichfield.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and professional assistance.

Offer detailed information about our products and services.

Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Onboarding:
-
Guide new franchisees through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.

Support potential franchisees from their initial inquiry through the entire onboarding process.

Conduct welcome calls and provide necessary training and information to new franchisees.

Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our client's CRM system.

Prepare and manage onboarding documentation and materials.

Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve any onboarding or customer service issues.
Qualifications:
- Native fluency in French essential
- Previous experience in customer service essential
- Additional experience within administration, Recruitment, or onboarding advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
