The annual salary is £30,000 - £35,000 PA depending on experience, plus a very competitive monthly/annual bonus. The working hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
**As part of our dynamic office environment, you will collaborate with the operations team. Your main responsibility will be to engage with a select group of clients to comprehend their needs for freelance staff. This will involve identifying the right contractors for the positions and managing all aspects of the contract negotiation process.
**Responsibilities:
- Working closely with our clients to find the perfect freelance personnel for their needs.

- Negotiating rates and terms to make sure everyone's happy with the contract.

- Partnering with our Operations Assistants to ensure contractors arrive on time and meet our clients' needs.

- Helping out with travel plans and other little things (like training courses and PCR tests) to keep the project running smoothly.

**Qualifications:
- We are looking for individuals with experience in office administration, customer service, sales, key accounts, or recruitment. Comprehensive training will be provided.
- MS Office experience.
- Confident with verbal and written communication.
- Excellent telephone manor.
- The role of a Recruitment Consultant would be a good fit for someone confident in communicating with people, enjoys forming relationships, is organised, can multitask effectively, and works well under pressure at times.
