Site manager- Roofing, Cladding and Facades

Salary: £50,000- £60,000 (depending on experience)
As a Site Manager for Roofing & Cladding, you will oversee daily site operations, ensuring health and safety regulations and maintaining high quality control standards are met. You will coordinate activities in line with project schedules, manage material logistics, and attend progress meetings to ensure projects are completed on time. Responsibilities include record-keeping for all contract-related documentation, resolving internal and external issues, and demonstrating strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in site management within roofing and cladding is required.
SITE MANAGER ROOFING & CLADDING
- Oversee the day to day running of various sites
- Control and implement health and safety on site
- Manage quality control and progressive handovers of installation
- Co-ordinate site activities in line with programme sequence
- Schedule materials and deliveries in adequate time
- Attend progress meetings
- Oversee projects from start through to completion, ensuring works are completed on time
- Manage record keeping for all contract related correspondence and documentation
- Provide contract related issue resolution, both internally and externally
- Demonstrate negotiation and problem solving
- Excellent verbal communication skills

Requirements for applicant:
- Ideal candidate will have a proven record of progression within a construction company
- Cladding installation experience with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role
- Full understanding of scheduling material and organising installation teams
- Excellent health and safety management
- SMSTS
- Full Driving license
- Conflict resolution/communication skills
- Must be computer literate
