Package: £25K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£40K OTE Year 1) (£55K+ OTE Year 2)

The Role:
- Business Development and building business relationships
- Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates.
- Negotiating and objection handling.
- Qualifying candidates and building candidate networks.
- Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews.
- Lead & referral generating.
- Learning to become an expect in your market.
