Position: Service Level and Reporting Analyst
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
Pension: 18% employer contribution
Location: Manchester (3 days per week)
Contract Type: Permanent

As a Service Level and Reporting Analyst, you'll be responsible for gathering and analysing data to ensure IT services meet agreed performance standards. You will prepare service level reports and work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Collecting and analysing service performance data from IT systems and suppliers.
  • Producing regular reports that monitor IT service performance against agreed SLAs.
  • Ensuring the service catalogue is up-to-date and reflective of all current IT services.
  • Supporting service reviews by providing data-driven insights to improve performance.
  • Liaising with Managed Service Suppliers to ensure they meet their contractual obligations.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience: Previous experience gathering and reporting data, ideally within an IT service environment. Experience working with SLAs and performance indicators is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with service management tools and processes, and a solid understanding of IT services and performance metrics.
  • Qualifications: A good standard of education is essential. ITIL V4 certification is desirable.
