School in North Bristol has a vacancy for a skilled,enthusiastic, practical and dedicated person for the post of Caretaker.
Whilst school experience is preferred, we willconsider applications from any candidates with appropriate transferable skills.
You will be working with a multi-skilled team ofcolleagues who have a genuine passion for working with young people.
Full time salary of £23,000-24,000 per annum (payaward pending). 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with a pattern ofwork that rotates between three weekday shifts: Morning, Daytime and Twilight.We are able to provide a degree of contract flexibility and if you prefer towork fewer hours we are able to offer a contract based on 25 hrs per week(Monday - Friday).

The main duties of the role are:
- Securing the school site
- Compliance checks (e.g. legionella, COSHH, asbestosand fire safety etc..)
- General building repairs and maintenance
- Grounds maintenance
- Porterage
- Room preparation for meetings and lettings
This is a physically demanding role and you will beprovided with training in all areas necessary.
