Our client, a market-leading company, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide key financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and partner closely with operational teams. Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:
- Develop strong relationships with operational teams to challenge assumptions and partner in achieving financial goals.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to support divisional growth and performance.
- Lead cost control initiatives, offering training and guidance to operations teams as needed.
- Design and maintain financial models in Excel/Power BI to provide operational insights.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, including the COO and Divisional Managing Directors, to achieve EBITDA targets.
- Prepare and present divisional financial overviews, and attend senior leadership meetings.
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, capex papers, and financial models for new developments.
- Provide analysis and reporting for potential acquisitions and tender processes.
Key Essentials of the Finance Business Partner:
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified.
- Experience in a similar commercial role, ideally with multi-site exposure.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
