We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Lettings Administrator to join our clients busy lettings team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the lettings process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, and providing excellent service to both landlords and tenants.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare tenancy agreements, renewal documents, and other legal paperwork
- Manage the tenant referencing process and liaise with external providers
- Register deposits and ensure compliance with deposit protection legislation
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including key handovers and inventory scheduling
- Maintain and update property and tenancy records on internal systems
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to handle general queries and provide updates
- Support the lettings team with administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and compliance checks
- Monitor and ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company policies
- Assist with marketing materials and online property listings when required
- Ensure all Health & Safety and legal documentation is in place (e.g. Gas Safety Certificates, EPCs)
