Retrofit Administrator 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
- Annual Salary: £23,000 (rising to £25,000 after probation)

- Job Type: Full-time, Office Based Monday – Friday 08.30am – 16.30pm
We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join a rapidly expanding heating installations business. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work to deadlines. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for professional growth.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Analyse photographs taken during surveys to ensure accurate data collection.
- Input data from field surveyors onto bespoke industry systems with precision.
- Liaise with field surveyors, taking accurate notes and coordinating effectively.
- Engage with customers to gather additional information and explain the details of the projects to be undertaken on their homes.
- Utilise various software tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Teams, as well as bespoke systems, to manage tasks and communicate with team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with both field surveyors and customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Sheets.
- A proactive approach to learning and using new systems.
- No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.
