I have an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a successful & growing SME based in Crawley. The business offers hybrid working of 3 office and 2 home days per week.
The main focus of this Accounts Payable role is to process and maintain supplier accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely payment, though you will provide support across the team as required.
Accounts Payable responsibilities:
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Process payment runs
- Post & code payments on the system
- Assist with month end duties
- Build and maintain supplier relationships
As an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant, you will have a solid understanding of purchase and general ledger transactions to join the friendly team in this full-time permanent opportunity. My client is also open to temp to perm options. For more information, please apply today!
