Legal PA
A reputable Law firm based in central London seek an experienced Legal PA to join their Disputes team, supporting Partners working across music, film and television, media, computer games and sports Law, on a full time permanent basis.
Hybrid working: 3 in 2 home
Location: Soho
Supporting Partners and Associates you will be required to:
- Manage diaries and coordinate meetings
- Coordinate business development activities
- Book global travel
- Assist in preparing pitches and presentations
- Prepare bills and assist with debt recovery
- Produce accurate documents
- Respond to emails
- Open/close matter files
- Take calls for the team
- Keep client contact lists up to date
- Assist in preparation of events
- Set up conference and video calls
- Mentor/coach junior assistants in the team
We are lookign to speak to candidates with a number of yeras of secretarial experience within disputes.
