Hospitality Account Manager Responsibilities

  • Managing hospitality accounts, taking responsibility for selling hospitality packages to new and existing clients, which includes seasonal packages and hospitality events
  • Providing a top-class professional service and maintaining regular contact with clients, communicating relevant updates, offers and changes to ensure guests are kept fully informed
  • Meeting and exceeding agreed targets and reporting figures to your manager and internal departments to inform future pipelines
  • Handling the full sales process from initial conversations through to booking, payments, meetings, and follow-up calls
  • Seeking out new business and upsell opportunities by networking and reaching out to referrals and lapsed contacts and acting upon them appropriately

Hospitality Account Manager Skills and Experience

  • Have previous experience gained in a sales role and target-driven environment, able to deliver excellent customer service with an ability to deliver clear, concise and accurate information
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and experience using CRM systems
  • Work well under pressure, able to meet deadlines, multitask and prioritise
  • Be driven with a positive attitude and an ability to work independently as well as within a team
