As a Data Entry Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and up-to-date information by verifying data and updating spreadsheets. Responsibilities:
- Conducting data verification by performing thorough searches on various platforms, including but not limited to Google
- Updating spreadsheets with accurate and verified information
- Ensuring data integrity and maintaining high levels of data accuracy
- Collaborating with the team to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors
- Assisting with data analysis and reporting as required
- Prioritising and managing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors in data
- Proficient in using spreadsheets and data entry tools
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems
