I'm collaborating with a multinational company that is eager to grow their Human Resources team, this big major corporation is making significant financial investments to build a capable Human Resource team.

Day-to-day of the role for the Human Resources Administrator:

  • Collecting and implementing accurate employee feedback to improve company procedures.
  • Organising training courses, wellness meetings, and distributing questionnaires.
  • Maintaining up-to-date health and safety standards in office spaces.
  • Educating employees on various systems, new policies, and procedures.

Required skills and qualifications for the Human Resources Administrator:

  • Prior experience in HR is essential.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively share knowledge with employees.
  • Basic IT and software proficiency.
  • A CIPD qualification is highly beneficial.
