Based in the heart of the technology hub of England, Shoreditch, our client has over two decades of experience in the professional services sector. They place highly qualified technology talent into the international market, supporting clients to grow and develop their technical projects.

Its time for growth and are on the hunt for highly motivated individuals to help expand their fast-growing company.

The Role

You will be working with and supporting senior stakeholders at director level to aid them in achieving their growth within technology projects. These stakeholders are globally recognized brands and face challenges, so it is key to understand this and help offer a solution by sourcing and providing them with the best talent available. Once restrictions are lifted, you are given the chance to travel to Europe with the role, should you feel comfortable to do so.

Training

Our Client takes pride in ensuring all employees are given the opportunity to succeed and grow within their career, and they are committed to supporting you to achieve your career goals. Successful candidates will receive 12 months of tailored training. You will also be working closely with an associate director, designated mentor, and a variety of their best recruiters to help you become a fully independent consultant by the end of the first year.

You will be:

  • Recruiting technology professionals across Europe.
  • Seeking new clients and creating new business opportunities.
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Creating precise job descriptions and advertising them on appropriate job boards.
  • Actively head-hunting passive candidates in the target market, on appropriate channels such as LinkedIn.
  • Hit revenue targets.
  • Create a network of key stakeholders.
