The Role:
The ideal candidate will be ready to take ownership of server management, cloud infrastructure, and optimisation projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring the business's IT systems remain highly efficient, secure, and reliable.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Linux and Windows servers, ensuring uptime and security.
- Leading on-premise to cloud migrations, focusing on Azure.
- Administering Azure infrastructure, Active Directory, and M365 services.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting network issues and server performance.
- Implementing backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
- Providing after-hours support to monitor server status and resolve critical issues.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience with Linux and Windows server administration.
- Proven track record with Azure cloud services, Active Directory, and M365.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewall management, and VPN solutions.
- Familiarity and keen interest in DevOps.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
