Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide legal representation and advice to clients on a wide range of family law matters including divorce, child custody, and property settlements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements related to family law.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, offering compassionate and practical legal advice.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the delivery of legal services and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage multiple cases efficiently, prioritising tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
- Stay updated with changes in family law to provide the most current advice to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in family law, open to all PQE levels as this is an exciting opportunity in a growing and expanding team.
- Proven experience in handling complex family law cases.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
