A large nationwide franchise company are looking to recruit a professional Zoho Implementation Specialist & Product Manager.
A business critical role ensuring the efficient implementation, management, and optimisation of our Zoho system to enhance the franchise operations.

Initially a 12 month contract the successful Zoho Implementation Specialist & Product Manager will be rewarded with a very competitive package including:

The responsibilities for the Zoho Implementation Specialist & Product Manager will be:

  • Implementing our current Zoho system, addressing existing issues, designing, and processing applications, and managing product development.
  • Lead the implementation of the current Zoho system across all franchise locations.
  • Identify and resolve existing problems within the system to ensure optimal performance.
  • Customise and configure the system to meet the specific needs of the franchise care business**.**
  • Design and develop Zoho related applications and processes to improve business operations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure that Zoho system processes are streamlined, efficient, and user-friendly.
  • Oversee the development and enhancement of Zoho related products and tools.
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and improvements.
  • Provide training and support to franchisees and employees on Zoho

The ideal candidate will be personable, approachable, and certified in Zoho, bringing both technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to the role.

  • Experience in Zoho implementation, configuration, and customisation.
  • Strong understanding of software development and database management.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to Zoho customisation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Zoho.
  • Knowledge of data integration and migration processes.
  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting within Zoho
  • Ability to analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience in process improvement and automation within Zoho.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Thoroughness in testing and validating system changes and enhancements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
