In this role, you will:
- Be the right-hand person to a dynamic individual, anticipating needs and proactively managing their schedule.
- Manage calendars, emails, and travel arrangements to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Research, draft correspondence, and handle presentations as needed.
- Maintain a confidential and professional work environment.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- A master of communication, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new tools.
- A resourceful problem-solver with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
