Due to expansion, Search Recruitment Group is looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our London office, situated in Borough Market.

You will work as part of an established team in a growing division and specialise in Business Support recruitment across London. You can expect to recruit for front of house, personal assistants/executive assistants, or focus solely on the Legal sector!

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will primarily focus on developing new business opportunities whilst working with existing clients to support their hiring needs and become a trusted recruitment partner!

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in sales or a similar environment, or individuals looking to further their recruitment career.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience of working in a busy and target-driven environment.
  • Confidence and the ability to quickly build rapport.
  • And a strong desire to learn and progress!

What will you be doing?

  • Contacting and meeting with clients and candidates to nurture new relationships.
  • Developing a strong understanding of the industry and companies within it.
  • Advertising vacancies using internal systems and social media.
  • Using internal CRM systems to source candidates and update information.
  • Reviewing applications and overseeing the interview and offer process.
  • Negotiating fees with clients to enhance your earning potential.
  • Working towards weekly and monthly targets with the support of your line manager.
