Textiles Teacher
Start: ASAP
Rate of pay: £120-130 per day
Location: Central Bristol School
Contract: Term-time only, Tuesday-Thursday,long-term
I'm seeking a DTTeacher with Textiles or Fashion experience. I would also like to hear from Artand Design Teachers with an interest in textiles.

Key Skills
- Prior experience with textile tools, equipment and materials.
- General enthusiasm and interest in this subject field.
- Great team player with plenty of initiative.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, setting up and maintaining a wide range of equipment and materials for Textiles practicals.
- Supporting teachers and students in the classroom/workshop environment.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of engaging and practical learning activities.
- Contributing to the overall organisation and smooth running of the Design & Technology department.
Requirements
- Proficient in the use of equipment and materials according to area of expertise.
- Understanding of Textiles as a subject specialism.
- Must undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- Right to work in the UK.
