Agile Delivery Lead/Scrum Mater - London Market Insurance
3 month initial contract
£650-750/day (Umbrella) - Inside IR35
Hybrid Working model Central London (2 days/week on site)
This Agile Delivery Lead/Scrum Mater role will be working with our prestigious London Market Insurance client. They are looking for this person to manage two Agile teams for two different Bordereaux systems.
- The EU Bordereaux Scrum team - Which is rolling out Distribind for the 45 European coverholders
- The UK Borderaux Scrum team - They have a small in house team of Developers and Product Analyst in the team and mainly look after BAU changes to the platform
For the UK team, this person will need to help them shape and set up their sprints, lead the daily stand ups and will also be responsible for their Backlog planning and backlog quality.
For the EU team, this individual will be working on backlog planning and quality, as well as managing some of the delivery.
Candidates will need the following experience to be considered for the position:
- London Markets insurance
- Experience of 3rd party insurance platforms - ideally bordereaux platforms (eg VIPR, Charles Taylor, Distribind, Velonetic)
- Strong experience of building relationships and driving the delivery from 3rd party platform providers
- Come from either a PM / Delivery or Development Manager background and have moved into Scrum Master roles
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
