A regional, top 200 law firm are currently on the lookout for a private client solicitor to join their team in South West London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on all aspects of private client law, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
- Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents.
- Managing probate and the administration of estates.
- Providing tax planning advice, including inheritance tax.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Keeping up-to-date with legal developments and changes in the private client sector.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide a seamless service to clients.
Requirements:
- Qualified Private Client Solicitor (2-4 years' PQE)
- Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of work.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
