Job title: Debt Recovery Supervisor
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000
Location: Fully remote

Here are a few examples of what your daily tasks would include:
- Supervise a team of Debt Collectors ensuring SMART objectives are met
- Monitor team compliance to ensure accurate updates
- Have a forward-thinking approach to ensure objectives are achieved
- Management of own ledger
- Working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are completed to a quality standard
Sound interesting? These are the required skills for the role:
- A minimum of 3 years of Supervisory experience
- Strong experience in debt collection
- Good track record in meeting collections targets
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly with Word and Excel (vlookups)
- Able to work on own initiative
Experience in the following is not essential butwill help you in the role:
- Legal experience
