Package: Base Circa £95k - £135k Negotiable + Market Leading Bonus + Package

Our UK HQ retained client is a Global Business Process Outsourcing organisation, with a comprehensive history of providing innovative onshore, nearshore and offshore BPO/BPM solutions. With significant continued growth, they are looking to build on their existing business verticals and seeking a number of VP level Sales professionals, specifically with expertise through the following sectors;

  • Insurance
  • Healthcare
  • Shipping & Logistics
  • Travel / Hospitality

We are seeking an accomplished BPO/BPM Sales Leaders who has the necessary outsourcing expertise and consultative approach to develop opportunities across key business verticals, whilst playing a key part in building the delivery and bid solution teams that act as support. The longer-term career opportunities would allow this individual to become an integral member if the businesses future senior management team.

Accountabilities

  • New business development across defined market verticals
  • Develop and cultivate business pipeline.
  • BPO / BPM, CX, Analytics and Technology consultative solution selling throughout.
  • The review of existing market and vertical sales plans to ensure they are fit for purpose and aligned to European strategy.
  • These plans will ensure stakeholder alignment, clarity on the approach to delivery of revenue growth targets across existing and new target industry verticals.
  • Accountable for the strategic choice of direct sales targets and any new channel partners and for their team's development of new prospects and new channel partner relationships.
  • This role will be accountable for the successful delivery of new client revenue targets.
  • Accelerating revenue growth significantly beyond prevailing market rate
  • Grow and establish a sustainable revenue base in key European Markets

New Client & Market Focus

  • Design, prioritise and execute on Direct and Channel business strategies.
  • Develop complimentary strategies with Marketing etc.
  • Design an effective deployment model that maximises opportunity in target verticals.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of sales and technical competencies via an initial sales training programme and ongoing recertification.
  • Influence product/service development, pricing and business strategy.
  • Build a Stakeholder network in key segments/channels across key markets and the wider business.
  • Provide regular eporting on key metrics to the wider Senior Management Team and the Board.
  • Design and improve commercial and marketing collateral for use in client engagement.
  • Define and execute annual sales plans to overachieve on regional commitment.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • It's essential you have experience and a proven track record in a senior Sales/Business Development role in Business Services (ITO, BPO, BPS, Customer Management etc.)
  • Experience of selling outsourcing solutions into one or more of the following sectors; Insurance, Healthcare, Shipping & Logistics, Travel / Hospitality
  • Originating and winning BPO/BPM business.
  • A proven and highly successful executive with a senior level network who has won deals independently.
  • Extensive experience in selling complex solution based outsourcing deals.
  • Experience of accurate reporting & leadership skills at executive level.
  • Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Executive level negotiations and contracting skills.
