Our client has 3 Customer Service Advisor Apprenticeship roles availableto join their team based in East Grinstead where youwill join them on a full time, fixed term contract basis ( 15 months) starting 8th July. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of c £18,500 per annum, plus excellent benefits.

About the role

As their Customer Service Advisor you will promote and sell a range of Club services and products, handle member/non member enquiries and resolve complaints to the required standards. You will provide excellent customer service via inbound/outbound calls, webchat, email and social media channels as required.

Key responsibilities of their Customer Service Advisor will include:

  • To engage with and complete the apprenticeship programme, Level 2 Customer Service Practicioner, within a 15 month period.
  • To undergo training as required and comply with current and ongoing FCA regualtions.
  • To promote and sell to members Club services - relating to membership, UK sites and Caravan Cover or Overseas Travel
  • To provide a high level of customer service, in accordance with the Clubs strategic goals.
  • What they are looking for in their Customer Service Advisor:
  • GCSE Maths and English qualification at a grade 4 or above with certification evidence
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role is an advantage
  • Able to demonstrate a confident, empathetic and enthusasitic approach to customer service
  • To work well as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to new processe and systems as required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
