Multilingual Account Manager (English, French & Spanish)
Our client, a top provider of industry-leading marketing platforms, is seeking an Account Manager fluent in English, French, and Spanish. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a confident individual to manage client relationships across European territories.
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
THE ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and how our software can help them.
- Developing strategies to increase sales of existing products.
- Being the first point of contact for the customer help desk.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Pulling together monthly information to support team reporting requirements.
- Communicating clearly with clients and internal teams, including Senior Developers.
THE IDEAL ACCOUNT MANAGER WILL HAVE:
- Fluent written and spoken English, French, and Spanish.
- Strong, proven client and admin skills.
- Self-motivation and eagerness to learn and adapt to processes.
- Service-led mentality, putting the customer at the heart of everything.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a wider team.
