About Our Client: Join a dynamic team in the heart of Canary Wharf, where excellence meets opportunity! We are conducting a search for a leading recruitment agency with a thriving primary desk that has peaked at just shy of 200 days this academic year and is set to enter September with over 100 days.

Role: Primary Consultant (Experienced)

As an experienced Primary Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and growing the high-achieving primary desk. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with schools and candidates, ensuring a seamless and successful recruitment process. With a supportive management team and a well-structured progression plan, you'll have everything you need to excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account manage and develop our high-achieving primary desk
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools and candidates
  • Achieve and exceed recruitment targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven experience for 2 years or more as a Primary Consultant in recruitment
  • Strong account management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
