About the Role:

You will be responsible for the sourcing of ad hoc stock and/or non-stock items as required from new and existing suppliers in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal procedure(s).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source ad hoc stock and/or non-stock items on request of the Client in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)and internal procedure(s)
  • Assist the Client in the selection of goods and to advise of alternative products where appropriate to negotiate cost reductions.
  • To liaise directly with the Procurement department
  • Liaise with customers to resolve any invoice queries.
  • To support with the expediting of all outstanding purchase orders when required
  • Liaise directly with customers in receipt of direct orders to confirm the delivery of goods
  • To establish and maintain rapport with the Client and all levels of Supplier.

  • Excellent IT/Computer Skills (SAP, MS Excel are desirable)
