Are you experienced client-facing professional looking for the next step in your career at a senior level? This role combines client and internal team coordination, phone, email and face-to-face communication, as well as reporting skills. You will be working in a well-established, commercial office environment where you can take on further responsibilities.
If you are keen to be your client's first point of contact, ensuring multiple projects are completed on time and making recommendations back to your customers, this will be an exciting new challenge for you. You will be working in a busy and varied role, with excellent support and training in place.
Duties include:
- Communicating with business customers by telephone and email, as well as attending meetings
- Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure larger client projects are co-ordinated to deadlines
- Updating various reports using MS Word and Excel, as well as using in-house systems
- Providing the highest level of customer service
- Analysing results, looking at trends and reporting your recommendations
- Supporting less experienced members of the team in the future
We are looking for candidates who have a passion for providing high levels of corporate customer experience and who are comfortable working in a busy project-orientated environment with multiple conflicting deadlines. You will also have high attention to detail and excellent IT skills, especially using MS Word and Excel.
