Warehouse Operative - Loader - Days

Pay Rate: £11.50, rising to £12.01 after 12 weeks of employment

Job Type: Temp-perm
Shift Pattern: Working on a monthly rota pattern working any 5 over 7 (so must be flexible to work weekends) Shift times are 10 am-6 pm, with the option occasionally for longer shifts if available.
The Role:
- Operating MHE such as a driver truck, moving pallets from dispatch lanes into lorries ready for deliveries.
- Completing lane walks to check the standard of pallets and re-stacking and wrapping if/when necessary.
- Ensure the workplace is kept clean and tidy and ensure all spillages/breakages are cleared immediately.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Full coaching and training are provided alongside and throughout a 12 week structured training plan tailored to the department and the employee
The Candidate:
- No previous experience is needed as full training will be provided.
